Since 1993, the History committee of the Ministry of Culture and of Communication generates research, studies, bibliographies, and source material directories pertaining to cultural policy, institutions, and cultural practices.
“The politics of culture” research log circulates reports and publications diffused during colloquia and round-table discussions organized by the History committee. The log also offers information and resources issuing from these events.
The opinions expressed by the authors are their own and do not represent the opinions held by the History committee. Indeed, the committee has the overarching mission to assemble and publish preliminary material (or even testimonials) for the use of researchers in diverse disciplines, as rapidly as possible, without necessarily waiting that the content be fashioned into definitive literature.
